Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older and qualified to handle research chemicals to browse or purchase from this store. Submitting the age gate is a representation that you meet these requirements.
Research use only
All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic use. Purchasing constitutes agreement to use products only in a controlled research setting.
Orders and pricing
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We may decline or cancel any order, including where a compliance review raises concerns about intended use. Payment is captured by our processor after order review.
Shipping
Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day in insulated cold-chain packaging. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. We currently ship within the United States.
Returns
Because these are temperature-sensitive research materials, sealed vials cannot be returned once shipped. If a vial arrives damaged or fails its certificate of analysis, contact support within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grown Up Meds is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any use of products outside a laboratory research context. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
