What we collect
When you create an account we store your email address and sign-in method. When you place an order we store the items, quantities, totals and any referral code used. If you use the product assistant, your conversation is saved to your account so you can return to it.
Cookies and advertising pixels
With your consent where required, we use advertising pixels from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads and TikTok. These measure visits, sign-ups and purchases so we can understand how people find the store and measure our advertising. These platforms receive the fact that a page was viewed or an order was placed — not your password or payment details.
Visitors in regions that require consent (including the EEA, UK, Switzerland, Brazil and Canada) are asked before any advertising pixel loads. Everywhere else, pixels load automatically unless you opt out. You can change your choice at any time:
How we use information
We use your information to run your account, process orders, send your welcome and order confirmation emails, operate the affiliate program, and measure advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
New accounts receive a one-time welcome email, and each order receives a confirmation email. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Research use only
All products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary use. You must be 21 or older to create an account.
