We collect the email address and age confirmation you submit at our entry gate, any marketing preferences you select, and the name, shipping address, and order contents you provide at checkout. We also collect basic technical data such as browser type and pages viewed.
How we use it
Your data is used to verify that you are 21 or older, fulfil and ship orders, deliver batch certificates of analysis, respond to support requests, and — only if you opt in — send research updates and product announcements.
Marketing emails and opt-in
Marketing emails are sent only to addresses that have explicitly opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can change your preferences at any time by contacting support@grownupmeds.com. Order and shipping confirmations are transactional and are sent regardless of marketing preferences.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to operate the store — payment processing, shipping carriers, and email delivery — and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Age verification records and order history are retained for as long as needed to meet legal and compliance obligations. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to staff who need it.
